Would give more than 5 stars if I were able. Tim Johnson and his team are the absolute best. Knowledgeable, hard-working, patient and fun, we had the best experience with them. No matter what situation presented itself, Tim was responsive, so helpful and on it! Recommending Black Bear Realty whenever we get the chance. Loved working with him and he's a great guy, too.
